I love a bike that can climb just as well as it can descend and the Trance can definitely do that. I really like Race Face stuff, they build really tough stuff but keep it pretty light. Chris King is just the best, period. Shimano over SRAM just because it is what I am used to and what I like. Avid's cause they work, and they are so smooth. Oh and the Fox fork, by far best out, if you want something that is super adjustable and durable. I love they way they feel. Someday this dream bike will be a reality
