lots of variety but all very pretty riding. single tracks, double tracks, and all sorts of terrain. Try to find someone who rides there frequently to point out the hidden gems. You will usually find a local on the trail.

Summary:
Alot of variety in these trails. Ranging from easy to difficult, there is a bit of everything here for everyone, got some nice long trails that make for great shuttling to nice singletrack. You can try to fin the black gum swamp.

Recommended Route:
Either way is good if you are looking for alot of the gems go to the other side of the road away from the main parking lot. If you want to challenge you bike handling skills stay on the side that the parking lot is. I know these trails really well and am more than willing to show anyone around. Summary:
have ridden there several times and have not covered all the trails. hopefully someone local will review and provide more detail. but it is worth the trip if you live in the Manch/Merrimack Valley area. All sorts of terrain and difficulty levels. Many of the singletracks are hidden jewels and cut between the main hiking trails. I like the ridge trail (perimeter trial) sections that are ridable (some are not!). The trails in the middle of the North side of the park are fun too, if a little wet. When you finish riding stop at the German (?) bakery on the main street in Henniker and reload the fat calories you just burned off.

Recommended Route:
any route is recommended - its actually FOX State Forest! (I apologize to the locals).
