The recent arrival of carbon mountain bike frames has naturally motivated Look's engineers to place our control of carbon in the serve of enthusiasts who like to ride far from the asphalt.
The 986 is the first of a family that will increase with the years, bringing to mountain bikes the search for performance and quality that make the reputation of our "road" frames.
This resolutely mountain bike frame is intended for competition or sportive practice and is however a hinge of two worlds. In spite of a family resemblance with the 595 and the use of the E Post system this frame was entirely designed and perfected by enthusiastic mountain bike riders.
Lightweight, comfort, easy to handle and accurate were in the requirements. After months of tests and adjustments, the result enchanted our testing champions notably Laurence Leboucher and Miguel Martinez. They should bring you the pleasure and performances that you deserve. |
