Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $180.00
Purchased At:Ski Market
Strengths:Frame is very strong and the cranks are pretty decent
Weaknesses:The handlebars have way too much backsweep and are to low, the rims give out in a couple months, pedals not grippy, overall way toooo heavy
Similar Products Used:F4, X0, X1, X3,Hoffman Condor, Eastern Ace of Spades, Specialized Fuse 3, DK General Lee, custom built Volume, and many more
Bike Setup:Same frame, cranks, seat/ seat post, and fork, Shadow Stem, Animal sprocket, odyssey Cielincki pedals(amazing), Sun rims,Kink Redwing bars, brakeless
Bottom Line:Great bike to start or for a very casual rider. I love to ride but more into sking so only ride in the summer and fall. If you think you are going to become serious have money ready for a new fork, bars, and pedals at least. Rims will need to be replaced shortly also.

Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $180.00
Purchased At:sun ski and sport
Strengths:The frame is good, 3 pc crank, decent tires, rides very smooth. Comfortable seating position, very nicly laid out.
Weaknesses:The frame could be stonger, but see below for info.
Similar Products Used:Nextag or something.
Bike Setup:At the moment, stock.
Bottom Line:Here's my deal. My son is 8 years old and is getting good at BMX riding for an 8 year old. He is also in pe-wee motto-cross on his Yamaha TTR-90 dirt bike. In the past I always let him pick his bike out and he always picked these $80.00 to $120.00 bikes. Every year he broke the bike. 80% of the time it was wear and tear. Bearings fail, wheels bent, ect.. I finally picked out the Haro F2 bike for him. I was told the bike was way better then these Wal-Mart and Target bikes would ever be. So right now you are seeing that I am comparing this bike to crap from the past. I can't say how durable it really is because him being 8 years old, he can not break this bike. If it were me riding it, I would step up the plate a little and spend an extra $200 or more. However, at least if the crank or wheel bearing should fail or you want to upgrade something on the bike; at least it is a bike worth doing that to. I will never penny pinch on any bike for any of my kids. I could have saved a ton of money if I would have spent a little extra dough up front. Even though the bike is only 6 months old, it still performes like it was new. Unlike his last bikes. After 6 months, they were making noises and I knew it was done for.
