With Airborne out there selling Ti skewers with 7075 Al hardware at $15/pair there is no one coming close to the value point.
Hope makes a nice skewer, but good heavens, it costs 3X as much as the next nicest. And I swear you will not notice the difference. I bet Hope makes their skewers in the same factory....
