Bottom Line:

These are really cheap. I have the seat skewer. It's pretty hard to work, but it was like $5, so... It's alloy, so its pretty light. The metal washer sortof thing is starting to wear down a lot, so i'll give it a 4.

Bottom Line:

They are kind of loud colors (neon blue), but they are alloy and cheap. The cam locking mechanism was great at first, it has some kind of 2 stage bearing adjuster. However, after leavingthem for awhile they were tough to pry loose to release. But light and cheap isn't a bad thing.
