Well, I usually run 45psi. If you ride in hard surfaces whith this pressure in tubes, don´t use this ones. I bought a bunch of these tubes from Nashbar about a year ago. Within 3 months my flat tire repair time improved 3 fold. What does it take to get this good? Practice, Practice, Practice! Try the Torelli's. I've had much better luck with them (3 months - no flats). | Overall Rating: |

I bought these tubes last year. The idea was, because they are so lightweight, I make a small slit in the tube and then put in a couple ounces of green slime, then use a rema patch to fix the hole. (If you buy a presta slime tube it's got 8 ounces of the stuff in it already). So I get the beneifts of the slime without the weight. Been over a year and absolutly no flats! Try it sometime, it actually works! Just make sure you use glue-on rema patches, and not those crappy instant peices of junk (speedpatch, etc...) | | Overall Rating: |

These are the best butyl tubes I have ever used. They only weigh 115 grams. I have never had a flat. They do not loose air
