Bottom Line:
Was raving about this from the last review, but after a few months I see too much wear! Must be the soft compound melting with the heat? knobs are now close to zero after the 3rd month. mind u, these tires ain't cheap!

Strengths:
I ride a silver bike with silver wheels - those stripes-
Weaknesses:
They wore out after 1.5 years ( thats 6 separate seasons around here). Dry pavement shaves these guys down real quick. The secound winter on em has been pretty scary.

I've got about 30 worne out tires down there Only 2 pairs of UST's though.
Bike Setup:
Santa Cruz softail/crossmax/ & stans & a nitro inflator Jusr kidding - my car dealer buddy has one.
Bottom Line:
I wrote a longer one under the other heading for these guys.. here I'll say they were fun as long as they lasted but when you have 2 sets of wheels to switch around for different conditions you should get more then 1.5 years before you start slideing sideways more than trackin front ways. Forget mud to test a tire try shiny ice on a downhill. We wear padded gloves for more then warmth. They suggest 25 -9 lbs for racin but I usually kept em @ 39+ lbs nitrogen & they held that for months. Now I'm shoppin for something just short of studs..
