short ups and downs; challenging due to lack of maintenance, but still a fun quickie; some guru has been contriving some new digs on the north side that have lots of potential

Summary:
Cave is a good spot now. Recently, the local club, Freetrails, has added some ladders and cleared brush. They have also added some new short loops. The Cave is full of tight turns. A true city park trail...short but technical. From Hwy 50 take the Bus. 50 exit, go south on Main, west on Gay. There is a parking lot by the ball fields on your right at the end of Gay. Stop at Freeride, downtown bike shop, and buy some granola and tubes! You might even get a local to lead your expedition. Peace

Recommended Route:
Just ride it all

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Once approved, the new Possum Hollow trail at Knob State Park will be spectacular. Until then, Landahl in Blue Springs is it.

Someone has spent a lot of time cleaning up the storm damage. These trails are ridable again. This area is a great place to kill some time. The trails are fun but not very long.

Recommended Route:
Go in at the pavillion and take the first left.
