Ridden Trail: Once a year

Cross Country Rider Summary: For me this makes one sweet loop. Ride up Devils Gulch and down Mission Ridge trail. The trails needed some attention after the storms this year. Still makes for a killer ride. Recommended Route: Up Devils Gulch all the way to the road, up the road to the Mission Ridge trailhead. Down Mission Ridge back to the trail crossing. At this point, those that want the easier way down can just go back DG. For the adventurous, up Mission ridge (down really)is the ticket. Even in dry and dusty condition like this year it's sweet singletrack. Other recommended trails in the same area: Basalt Ridge
Mad Lakes

Weekend Warrior Summary: Easy climb up the road, bomber butter smooth singletrack downhill. This is one of the best rides I've ever ridden. One of the smoothest, longest downhills anywhere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great up and down. Recommended Route: FS road climb to devils gulch (standard route).

Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail network is awesome. This reminds me of Sun Valley ride; smooth, twisty, killer singletrack. There are many possibilities for rides so don't ride up the road! Try the Red Hill section too. Recommended Route: Ride up Devils Gulch to the Mission Ridge trail. Go out Mission Ridge until you get the views. From here it's faster and scenic to continue down Mission Ridge to the bottom making a loop. It's a pretty steep and rocky descent. This is about a 3 hr ride for strong riders. Another alternative is to return down Devils Gulch and this is longer and a faster running descent on the buffed and bemred singletrack. Other recommended trails in the same area: Tronsen Ridge. Miller Peak. Red Hill.

, from Kirkland, Wa Summary: Rode this route on 5/9/2003. Still snow at the top of Devil's Gulch, up to a foot in places. The trail cleared up about three quarters of the way down from the trail head to the Mission Ridge intersection. Ran into some guys who just road up Devils's Gulch to the intersection. They said the trail was muddy and the creek crossings were difficult. The road up and Mission Ridge were in great shape...dry....no snow. Highly recommended. Well worth the drive. Maybe give it a month to dry out. Recommended Route: Fire Road 7100 up. Devil's Gulch trail down to Mission Ridge intersection. Mission Ridge down to parking lot.
