Date Reviewed: May 25, 2007
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
Price Paid: $240.00
Purchased At:Don't remember
Strengths:It's a great bike and has really good endurance. The original tires don't wear out easily and when I first bought it I loved it! It was my first bike and it was really easy to use - no technical gizmos or gadgets like most bikes!
Weaknesses:It doesn't have a kickstand so the handlebars get really beat up from being set on the ground unless you have a good place to put it. Also it doesn't have the best shocks so I wouldn't try anything to risky on it - especially if your a guy! My breaks also wore down very quickly and made it hard to stop.
Similar Products Used:I've used the Haro Backtrail X3 (my friend has one - though it recently got stolen) - and it was really good. It's practically a new and improved version - it has better shock absorption and a kickstand. The X3 also has a better break system.
Bottom Line:It's a great beginner bike and if you're more professional biking then you should get one of the newer versions of a Haro! If you like biking then this bike is for you - and if you're thinking of selling one don't make the same mistake I did! Don't sell it cheap!

Favorite Trail:Wendys
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $209.00
Purchased At:Copelands Sports
Strengths:Nice Frame! Good Rims~
Weaknesses:My handlebars got bent on one side but I cut them so now you can barely tell. The pedal are plastic and they will chip. The Only other thing wrong with this bike is it doesn't come with a 3-piece but what can you expect for $209.00$
Bottom Line:This bike is bad-ass for the price you wont find a better deal on a dirtjumping bike. If you want a little better parts Haro has an entire line of Backtrails to choose from though the price only goes up.
