Submitted by Alex Byers a Weekend Warrior from Anderson, Indiana, USA
Date Reviewed: October 18, 2001
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $800.00
Strengths:Great oversized frame for a big guy like myself, and the rims are unbendable. I've wrecked this bike so many times, not even a scratch on it. Its stronger than a tank.
Weaknesses:Its a little on the heavy side and takes a little getting used to. The price was a little bit much but a great value if you plan on riding for a while, and are serious about it.
Bottom Line:I love this bike! This bike makes any other bike look inferior. I've did everything on this bike. Hit some trails with my friend, flatland, and even do 20 mile bike rides in the summer. Everyone that I know wants my bike, It has almost been stolen 3 times that I know of. If you get this bike invest in a really good bike lock.

Date Reviewed: September 21, 2001
Favorite Trail:Downtown Portland also Burnside
Duration Product Used:3 months
Purchased At:Got It Through Sponser
Strengths:Somwhat strong. Lasted me 3 months. Longest a bike ever lasted me.
Weaknesses:Bad construction, had three mirra pros and all frame cracked or bent. When I jump a 20 set or 17 of stairs the rims bend and frame. I only weigh 155 pounds so it's not that.
Similar Products Used:Hoffman Pro butcher.
Bike Setup:Stock except for crank, I use Profile oversized.
Bottom Line:Overall not strong enough, I'll have to go back to my costum 415 specialized.

Sorry Dave Try Again.

Date Reviewed: August 18, 2001
Favorite Trail:the one up by glens movable home
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
Purchased At:Stolen
Strengths:none at all!
Weaknesses:The frame looks like a taco. The rims are rubbing against the frame. I stole this bike and had to haul a$$ because the cops wasa coming. On the way home, i hit a brick wall, got a flat tire, my gramdmaw took a ride on the bike, and my uncle sam stuck a broom stick in the spokes.she broke her neck on impact after she flipped into the road and got hit by a 18 wheeler that decapitated her and severed her limb from limb. after that i road home and the handlebars can off and i fell off a 200 foot cliff and almost died. my brother was runnin from the popo and he was usin my bike and it broke so they caught him and beat him up cu it is a piece of sh**.
Similar Products Used:a mongoose on the same night my brother got caught by the police on my bike.it was nicer cuz the handlebars were farther forward
Bike Setup:nice pedals and reflectors. the handlebars were on the top and the the seat was attached to a pole.
Bottom Line:this is a good bike to out run the police man. It is fast and has a good reflector. da brakes was on da handle bars but my grandmaw stole them. She also slole the tubes that cam out of the tires. Nice bike. It was golden
