$2000.00 | | Strengths: | Four bar linkage, beautiful, all pivots with bearing, adjustable 5" to 8" rear travel, very strong, frame monococque made by Intense, light, good lateral rigidity. | | Weaknesses: | 1)The tire touch the seat tube if adjusted to 8" rear travel. 2) The shock is Coupe Deluxe. I think this bike deserves a Pro Deluxe or a Fox RC. 3) Avid brakes 4) RST Fork | | Similar Products Used: | GT DHi, Haro MX3 single pivot, Cannondale V1000, Kona Stink, Bullit, Super 8, RC3 | | Bike Setup: | Stem Calypso DH 50 mm, disc brakes Tektro Gemini, fork RST Delta 130 mm, rear derailleur XT, front derailleur LX, crankset STX, rims Ritchey, tires Maxxis Mofo 2.35, Haro handlebar and seatpost, saddle SDG Big Boy, pedals Wellgo. | | Bottom Line: | A very good bike for free ride and amateur DH. The FSR rear suspension is excellent. Inverting the bar of the FSR the travel change of 5" to 8", but the tire touch the seat tube. No worry, this is not a troble. Many expensives bikes do it also. I love this bike. If you like ride for fun DH and do not want big expense, this bike is right for you. But you need to buy disc brakes and a good fork. 4 Flamin Chilis are guilt of avid brakes and RST fork. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
