    Date Reviewed: December 12, 2007
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:bang for your buck. VERY similar geometry to much more boutique-y brands like the transition bottlerocket or the sinister gruitr. for the price of either of their frames you can just about have this entire bike.
Weaknesses:sr suntour front derailleur? come on jamis, toss a deore on there... don't be too cheap.
Bike Setup:swapped the pedals for some crank bros egg beaters and put a kenda nevegal/blue groove combo instead of the stock WTB weirwolfs... they're just better suited for the trails in my area.
Bottom Line:an amazing bike for the price. i'm not a dirt jumper or freerider or what have you, but this is a really good all-around trail bike. if you don't need crazy amounts of travel, you'll have fun on this bike. you have to hand it to jamis, they're really upping the ante this year.

Submitted by Chaun Earl a Weekend Warrior from Idaho Falls, ID, USA
    Date Reviewed: November 28, 2007
    Favorite Trail:streetriding
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $1650.00
Strengths:Awesome all around bike that works for any riding possible, Fork can be dropped down for some serious dirt jumping, or maximized to race downhill, weighs only 36 pounds and feels like it too. All of the parts are top quality for the money put down, I am 200+ and the air shock is still perfect
Weaknesses:Paint isn't the best thing out there, but still good. Frt derailer is a SR sun tour! But I took mine off. Some chain slap when dropping stairs
    Similar Products Used:Trek session 77, Specialized P3
Bike Setup:Domain 302, Shimano DXR cranks, Halo wheelset. Fox Float R, (I might change to a ROCO coil if the airshock doesnt hold up)
Bottom Line:The sweetest bike for the money, and Jamis is awesome to deal with over the phone, It is a rider owned company, The first thing the guy said on the phone when I said that I had an 08' Parker II was, "Dude, how do you like it? I want to get one here soon!" He was way enthusiastic about what he helped build. I give my full recomendation to anyone who wants a medium travel enduro bike!
