, from PJ, Selangor, Malaysia Summary: Some rich guy is building a house right on the halfway point up; really smack in the middle of a jungle up there. Hope he has some good bomoh as that area used to be an orang asli "hot" area and riding up there at night should shoot the adrenaline levels skyhigh! Awesome night view of KL, PJ, and even Subang Jaya though. Recommended Route: See the new "Tesco" at Mutiara Damansara. Park your car there and ride up the road leading up the foothills, you can't miss it. Just head for the hill with a couple of TV transmission towers on its peak. If I am not mistaken, the peak has a sign stating it is 1,200 ft from sea-level. Other recommended trails in the same area: 1. Bkt. Kiara trial, assuming the ongoing highway project does not spoil it.

, from Bandar Utama, PJ, Malaysia Summary: Wuuhh, one hell of a climb man! Much harder during the haze enveloping the area. Going down is one hell of a ride. Wonder what it feels like going over the cliff and landing on tree "ala" Rambo-like in his first movie!? Recommended Route: Take the LDP after 1-Utama towards Kepong and take the off-ramp towards the hills, go past the security guard house and make sure it's not "blasting hours" at the rocks above. Other recommended trails in the same area: 1. The Bukit Kiara "water tank" on hill ride.

, from Selangor, petaling jaya Summary: One bloody High hill man! This one is not for the beginners. Beginners will have to stop several times before they reach the top . Some might even give up . At a few places , The gradient of the road is too steep and u might have to push your bikes up (beginners). At the top , u are able to see the whole of Kepong town. If u ever get to climb the control tower.. u can see the whole of Kuala lumpur and Shah alam as well as the whole Petaling jaya. Its one of the coolest hills for downhill riding. Beginners .. note that u should not try speeding down this hill. Good brakes required for this hill. Lotsa sharp corners and drains on the way which might need u to brake often. Riders are advised to have good tires and brakes before speeding downhill. Very challenging downhill course!!!!! 3 for the whole track. 5 for the downhill experience!!! Recommended Route: ride along the road leading to Kepong from Bandar utama Then turn left when u see a signboard showing "Bukit Lanjan"
