Summary:
Some portions are already paved. After the pave road you'll find a diagonal intersection. The right DH pave road will lead you to 5 rivers after turning right at the first intersection (5 rivers going to Wawa), popularly known as Mascap-Wawa trail. The left unpaved road (in the diagonal intersection) will lead you to Este del Sol. It's a 1-2 hrs. climb(depends on the riders pace).

Recommended Route:
Coming from QC via San Mateo, turn left going to San Rafael, Montalban after the bridge turn right going to Amity and Erap City. Follow the pave road until you reach the outpost of San Isidro, Montalban. Follow the uphill fire road.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Further up Este del Sol the road will lead you to Kaingalan, turn left (uphill) to Paningtingan Falls at the foot of Mt. Irid. It's actually a loop trail from Macabud-Kaingalan-Este del Sol if you follow the fire road. Ask the locals for directions. It's a whole day ride during dry season and it's a pain in the ass during wet season (not recommended). Awesome mountaineous view from the top.
