Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

, from Victoria Summary: I lived in Nelson for 3 years and moved away before this trail was built. I was just back in Nelson in the Middle of June/01 and I got to ride Bed Frame. I actually rode it with one of the guys who built the trail. This is a great trail for the experienced MTBKR. It is very long, but a ton of fun. You have rock slabs, palet bridge hucks (6-9 footers) log rides etc. It has a total of around 20 moves to negotiate. If you are a beginner or intermediate rider you won't enjoy this ride,as you'll be walking 80%. For those of you who ride well enjoy BED FRAME!! Be sure to stop about 5-7 minutes down and check out the amazing view of Nelson and Kootenay lake from the LOOK OUT!! Recommended Route: Same as other posting at about 9.5-10km. Has a Big sign hanging between 2 trees that says "BED FRAME" Other recommended trails in the same area: GIMP, Placenta, HighRoller
