, from Toronto, canada Summary: It has everything, Tight sinlge track, wider banked and bermed high speed stuff, etc. Most trails are short but there are hundreds of them. I have been riding the area for years and I'm just now running out of new stuff. Any level ride from new to experienced. Great for workout.
Recommended Route: From the Three Bridges Train Station Go right under the train bridge then first right again onto Station hill rd (Just before the ford dealership)into the Maidenbower residential area, road ride(~1 mile)past round about, next street on right, stay left and up hill to walk over train bridge. after bridge go right and follow up to Motorway bridge cross and you are there.

, from Crawley Down, W.Sussex Summary: I have been riding here for about 4/5 years and I am finding new bits everyday. Someone has startd to build North Shore style elevated trails........ They suit a rider who like his trail reasonably technical and doesn't like to travel far between good singletrack. They are never particularly muddy as the riding is quite sandy but this can be heavy going if you choose to ride those puppies uphill. Check out the Cowdray Arms pub and the various Ice Cream and snack places in Tilgate Park for some nosh and beer. Recommended Route: Try getting into the trails from the Worth/Turners Hill side. After going down a sweet, fast and flowing descent, cross the rail bridge and hang a right in the main forest. Other recommended trails in the same area: In East Grinstead there is a well establishe jump spot called the Dog Fields. Go up the hill past imberhorne school and they are in the woods on the right.
