Take I40 to the 59/Van Buren exit. It is where the wal-mart and lowes are. The hill is actually in between lowes and the highway, you'll see the water tower from the highway - but it's hidden when in the parking lot here. Best thing is to just park in lowes parking lot and make your way up the hill from behind the store. You can't get lost up there - you're surrounded by highway and homes.
