Weekend Warrior Summary: This place is only 68 acres so its a quick place to get through. There are some bridges to cross, a bunch of log crossings, and a nice ladder was built across a large log. There is a nice downhill with several switchbacks and a pile of rocks to blast over, along with a small drop (if you are going fast) or a roller if you are goig slow. The main loop ( orange) is about 1.2 miles so you can get through pretty quickly. This loop is the perimeter of the park, There are several other trails going towards the center, none of which did I ride down today. I liked this place better than I thought I was going to. Recommended Route: If you ride orange clockwise you will face a fairly technical uphill filled with a lot of rocks and roots, but you will be rewarded with a fairly smooth .25 mile downhill filled with switchbacks and high speed obstacles. You can go pretty fast if thats your cup of tea. If you want to ride orange counter clockwise you will have an easier ascent followed by a much more technical lower speed decent. I also spotted what looked like a very large drop, off a large rock embankment. Maybe 10 feet or so. It had no trail and looked like it was never attempted. It had a small natural transition. It is off the trail maybe 100 feet on the right when riding uphill on Orange going counter clockwise. Other recommended trails in the same area: Mianus, Trumbull, and the small but fun Woodland park in Darien.

, from Norwalk Summary: Not much more than about 30 minutes of riding. Not worth driving to. If you can pedal there then check it out. I do agree with the PIMP, even though he needs a dictionary. Seems like a great place to do a Short Night ride. Recommended Route: Only 1 primary trail with several cross sections and a few off shoots. Other recommended trails in the same area: Anyplace the PIMP can't find, like the Library!

, from Norwalk, CT Summary: Very small. Not 7 miles as mentioned above. And that's a shame, becuas it is actuallt a fun place to ride. Good rolling terrain, but never does it get to steep. There are 3 or four long, thin bridges (one that twists and turns)and lots of challenging log piles. Main trail is only a little over a mile. To put in a solid hour of riding means to hit the same trails over and over again. The bottom line is it is a decent place to knock around for a while if you live in this area. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking a ride longer than 15 minutes to check this place out. Also, it looks likes a decent place to do a night ride, due to how easy it is to follow the trails in there Recommended Route: Good trail map at the trail head. Follow the orange trail around the perimeter of the aprk and take any of the other trails for variation Other recommended trails in the same area: Mianus, Wilton Woods, Trumbull, Cranbury
