Cross Country Rider Summary: Main track is good for a fast ride with just enough technicals to keep you interested. Watch out for adventurous runners and defintely go on the little trails that branch off.
trails are kinda busy 5-7pm but not enough to be annoying. Recommended Route: one on the West side that runs adjacent to the stream.

, from Buffalo Grove, IL Summary: It's pretty good for being in the middle of the suburbs. Nothing difficult except for a few fallen logs but still a good place to go on fast long distance rides Recommended Route: stay on the west side of the park for the more interesting stuff.... east side just follows a paved path around a burning hot prarie (WATCH OUT FOR KAMAKAZIE MODEL AIRPLANES) Other recommended trails in the same area: Dirksen, Kettle Moraine

, from barrington il usa Summary: it is a very grueling trail if you want. you can make the best of his terrain if you want, i recommend going there when it is wet. also go early in the morning or late at night mid there are alot of people there, they also have a paved trail which is good for building up endurance Recommended Route: start at circles number 3 and take the west trail entrance into the woods trail is well marked and will come back to the fron entance from there you are on your own, it is best to go when wet out there are some creeks and some steep hills to up and down which make this a very enjoyable trail
