These arent as much trails as a collection of drop offs, there are trails to ride but there not much fun. there are drops that range from 1 foot all the way up to 10-12 feet, some are currently do-able but most need some shoveling and debris removal first. There is definately more potential here than ridable terain at the current moment so I suggest bringing a shovel, Downsides of this area are guys on dirtbikes and lots of trash and broken glass, and super soft dirt in some spots. Once you get to the trailhead there are three distinct mesas, the first has some ok stuff, the second probably has the most potential the third has the best dirt but has been used extensively by mtorcycles. If you have ridden the white mud hills these are similar, but wider and with better drops
from the strip area, take 95 north to durango exit, go right, take first left on el cap go down el cap for a while, take a right on log cabin, than a left on rocky road, follow till you hit desert, park and go ride
