Perfect for thore quick morning rides and beginners. It has fast drops, nice jumps, technical sections and without leaving town.

They fenced it off. Unfortunate because there were some nice jumps and drops!

Summary:
Didn't know they had a name for this place. I think alot of the BMX kids called it HONDA Hills. Anyway, I wouldn't call these trails. It's actually a wash (for controlling flooding) and it's more like a dirt skatepark type of a place. Great for working on tech skills for climbs and descents and also for jumps, drops and overall bike handling. It's a bit sandy in the low spots but it helps you work on your flow. On the side bordering Tropicana Ave (south side), there are some good size jumps that only get tended after the rains. If you cant make it out to Red Rock or BC, this is a great place to practice new skills and get some air. But again, it's more like a skatepark in the sense that you can find your own lines thru the dirt. A word of caution though: Don't ever go in if rain is in the forecast and get out if it starts to rain. You will get washed into sewers. Say hi to the occasional homeless person by the bridge and look out for the freaks with the paintball guns...

Recommended Route:
It's literally at the corner of Tropicana and Decatur, barely 2 miles away from the strip. As far as parking goes, you'll have to be creative because there's not much parking in the area. You could park at the shopping center or Home Depot across the street I suppose.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Red Rock Canyon
