Downhiller Summary: I'm a newbie when it comes to DH, so this review would be a warning to anyone who hasn't done DH before and is thinking about this trail.
It's dangerious. I totally wrecked on it the first time down and had to walk my bike down just about every steep part because i was such a sissy. Get protective gear if you decide to do this, you will thank me. There arn't as many jumps as people would say there were, only one at the end that I saw. I'll attempt it next summer because I've just put on some DH rims and a nicer fork. I've also purchased some protective gear (shin gards and pressure suit).
This was a way fun trail, don't get me wrong, it was so fun I want to master it this summer, I just wasn't ready before. Recommended Route: drive to the Bountiful "B" then take the dirt road (car or bike) up to the "Buckland Oakridge trail" and start there. about 1/4 the way down the DH trail jets off the road and to the left, keep a eye out for it our you'll just be riding a atv trail all day. Other recommended trails in the same area: Bonneville Shoreline (great XC)

, from Bountiful, UT Summary: I love this trail. This trail is very challenging and having the right gear is recommended. Fun Downhill trail, one of the best around. Take extreme caution on this trail and look out for me and my friends--we're the bikers that go really fast!! Recommended Route: Find the big "B" on the mountainside and drive in that direction, once you reached the "B" follow the dirt road up for about 7-8 miles until you reached the "buckland ridge trail" sign. NOTE: PASS BUCKLAND FLATS CAMPGROUND.

, from bountiful Summary: Fast trail recommended for downhillers. A few loose rocky sections that will dent your downtube. Stay left at the intersections for the best ride. Some small drops. The singletrack turnoff near the end is incredible trail (tough to find unless you've done it before). One of the funnest dh rides around! Keep your momentum up at the bottom and you'll be surprised how much air you get. Recommended Route: shuttle up skyline dr approx 8 miles to the trail marker that says BUCKLIN RIDGE TRAIL. Other recommended trails in the same area: tree farm trail to holbrook canyon dh, Parish Creek dh, B shooting range to Mousetrap dh.
