Cross Country Rider Summary: all accesses mentioned in these reviews cross private porperty, although a portion of the ride is utiliy land, there is no public access. We had a talk with one of the property owners today (11/04) and he specifically asked our group to get the word out that the property owners do not want ANYONE (bikes, dirt bikes etc) crossing thier property! In addition, there are two new fences up that make the trail impassable anyway. Recommended Route: none Other recommended trails in the same area: Riverside, High Drive, Beacon

, from Spokane Summary: Dopest, radest trail in the Western US. It got some sick and demented drops that can cause axel grind if your not Bossed up. Me and my compadres ride this sick stuff and always come away satisfied with the radest images of pure MB excitement. Keep it real Dudes.

, from Spokane Summary: As a former motocross racer, albeit over 20 years ago, the ride has alot of dirt bike feel. Constant gear shifting and mad dashes on the downside of the gullies that make up virtually all of the ride make for some great high speed uphill sections. In many gully situations, one can catch air, do a few cross ups and generally have a giggling good time. Overall a quick ride with not much skill level required. The faster one goes, the easier it is to ride, because inertia plays a big part in the down and uphill combos. Go too slow down a gully and there will be low gear grunting to get out! Recommended Route: So far, I have only started and ended at the gravel pit next to the railroad bridge right next to marshall, off the cheney - spokane road. On the left of the pit is an access road. Go up till the road levels out, head right. The trail more or less makes itself known. Follow the bluff along the RR right of way. Other recommended trails in the same area: Riverside state park is excellent, not much grade change, but a good fast ride with a variety of terrains. The bowl and pitcher bridge has been reopened for those who have not been back since the bridge construction began a few years ago.

, from Spokane,WA. Summary: Rode it for the first time and enjoyed it immensely. Has rolling hills and at times lots of loose sand, dirt, but if your're paying attention,it's no problem. I will be going back. It gives a great ride! Recommended Route: We started on the road past the bridge, but next time I plan on starting at Tidyman's,going up the hill and crossing the tracks.
