Weekend Warrior Summary: You can't ride this trail - The no bikes signs are there for a reason. If you get caught you will loose your bike. Sure you can ride here if you don't get caught. Why chance it when there are other legal places to ride. respect the rules.

Weekend Warrior Summary: the trails are all over the place north of the lake. the best ride is around the lake (5 mile loop). going down sheilds rd, the lake area is on the right, not left. no bikes posted, but i never had a problem.
