Weekend Warrior Summary: Ogden section: Fun semi-technical singletrack with great views of the city of Ogden and the Ogden valley. Nothing too strenuous.
Layton section: A smidge more interesting than the Ogden stretch. A few more trees, a little more technical.
Both sections: great after work rides. Be ready to share the trails with trail runners.

Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail rules. I ride it every other day and I am still finding new places to go. It includes a couple of moderate climbs, some killer rolling flats and ball busting chutes. this trail kicks but. It is definetly something you want to do when you are in Ogden. Recommended Route: For a tough ride start at the 29th street trailhead and go up waterfall canyon to the bridge. From there go south along the shoreline trail. After you pass through strongs canyon there will be a turn off to go to Bues canyon. Take this turn off. This ride is for people who like to climb so be wary. You should end up at the 46 th street trail head when you are done. This perticular ride is a 5 on the aerobic and technicle scale thats why I rated it the way i did. Other recommended trails in the same area: wheelers canyon, skyline trail

Cross Country Rider Summary: A great trail to ride as soon as the snow melts. Recommended Route: Head east up 12th street, turn right just before entering the canyon & park in the Rainbow Gardens parking lot in the back. Look for the Rainbow Trail sign & begin there. Other recommended trails in the same area: Wheeler Creek Canyon, Maples Campground Trail, & Green Pond Trail. All of which are just up the Ogden Canyon.
