Weekend Warrior Summary: Fun trail! It is pretty short but ride it a couple times or switch directions and it becomes a whole new trail!! I'm just getting back into biking so my skill level isn't probably what most people on here is but I found this trail pretty challenging. Lots of rocky hills to climb with a couple spots I found a little spooky. As I said I'm pretty much a newbie, but I'll admit I walked my bike thru at least 5 spots. Recommended Route: There is a new phase of the coral canyon developement on top of the bluff now. Get off on exit 13 and take washington pkwy to telegraph rd, turn left, go up to the top of the hill and take another left at the light at the top, keep going until it turns to dirt, take the dirt access road all the way to the water tank, park and ride down the dirt road to the south of the tank, the tunnel under I 15 is right there but was kind of hard to see thru the brush. We rode the trail counter clock wise, but I think clockwise would actually be a little better. It puts some of the harder obstacles on the downhill.

Weekend Warrior Summary: This is a fun little trail if you're looking for a quick ride after work. The scenery is beautiful, and the single track is fun. I do have one gripe though - HORSES. I know we all have to get along and share trails and I will do my best to get out of the way of horses if I see them coming. BUT, their little hooves rip up the trail, they create new trails because their horses can't make it up some of the rocks, and they poop in the trail. The last time we rode this trail, we came across some horse-folk who even gave us crap for parking our car in their spot! There are a dozen trails in this area, all of which are closed to bikes except this one. Why can't the horses ride the other trails and leave this one to only bikers? The BLM needs to get a grip on this area, horse people aren't the ONLY ones who utilize this trail. Recommended Route: Oh I dunno, ride up the road and turn left. You'll figure it out.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Very fun trail. Short though. If you start at the top of prospector and come down to church rocks and loop back, its much longer. To start at the top of prospector drive north on I-15 from st. george, get off at the leeds exit. The second you get off the exit hurry and turn right (90 degree turn). Take this side road down toward the rv parks and make your first right and go through the tunnels. After you cross the river look out for the trailhead on the left side of the road. Its before the red cliffs state park, so its free. park at the trailhead and have fun.

Cross Country Rider Summary: There is a northern access to this trail. It creates a six mile approach (and a six mile return) along fun rolling singletrack. Much preferrable to the other approach along the dirt road.
Stop in at Red Rock Cyclery, they have a booklet with descriptions and directions for many outstanding local trails. Recommended Route: From the parking area, follow the dirt road about 1/4 mile. Watch for signs saying "Prospector". The trail crosses and goes in two directions, take the left most trail (the one that obviously goes south). After about 6 miles, the trial will hit the Church Rock trail. It is NOT marked. There is a steep, loose climb (most will walk) if you go left and a steep technical slickrock climb if you go right (many will walk). I have ridden it both ways, and both are fun try both and decide for yourself. Other recommended trails in the same area: GOOSEBERRY, Broken Mesa, Green Valley, Bear Claw Poppy.

Cross Country Rider Summary: This is a cool little trail the best way is to ride the loop both ways, then play around on the slick rock. I gave this trail a three because getting to the trail is a 2 and riding the actual church rocks is a 4, plus there are so many more cooler rides around St. George. If this trail were anywhere else I would give it a 4 Recommended Route: If your paranoid of the no trespassing sign then the best way to get to this trail is from the south. Take the Washington exit and head west, then take the first right and continue northward traveling parrallel with the freeway. When the paved road turns west there's a dirt road that continues straight. Take that road and continue going N on the most used dirt road, you'll eventually end up at another trail head, then drop into Chuch rocks. If you get side tract, don't worry as long as you continue going N you'll eventually wind up at Church Rocks Other recommended trails in the same area: Gooseberry, Green Valley, Broken Mesa, and the trails around Pioneer Park
